Our Process:

1Getting here: Tow it or drive it, if your vehicle is in an accident we can help. If it’s undriveable ask your tow truck driver to bring it to our off-site appraisal centre. Still able to drive it? Great! Bring it to Bennett Dunlop Collision during regular business hours and we can get the SGI insurance claim started, have parts ordered and have your vehicle booked in for final repairs.


2Comprehensive Inspection: Our technicians conduct a thorough inspection to determine the extent of damage and create an accurate insurance appraisal. We start by taking your vehicle apart to make sure we find all the damage caused by the accident. This way, there won’t be any surprises down the road that slows down your insurance claim. Once we have our full report, we’ll put your vehicle back together and if it’s road safe, hand you back the keys until we can start the next steps.


3Insurance Claim Submission: Armed with our detailed appraisal, your insurance claim will be submitted for quick processing. Your insurance agent will appreciate the detailed report, making their job easier. The best part, while you wait for approvals, parts, and whatever else, if your vehicle is road-safe, you can be driving it the whole time!
